Sikanni River Ranch Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance by phone or email. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your arrival, you will not receive a refund.

3. Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM on your arrival day.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on your departure day.

4. Payment

Payment for your stay is due in full at check-in. We accept e-transfer, and credit cards

5. Damage

You are responsible for any damage to the cabin or its contents during your stay.

6. Pets

Pets are allowed on the property.

7. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the cabins or in the rooms.

8. Additional Policies

The following additional policies apply to your stay:

You must be at least 19 years old to rent a cabin.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

Additional Information

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case you need to cancel your trip.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
